The start of your day determines its vibe – a perfect morning helps to beat the stress

good morning

Do you feel anxiety, stress, exhaustion? Does it look like you bear the weight of the whole world on your shoulders? Are you always in a hurry, always running but still can’t finish everything you planned?

Let’s go back to the start. To the beginning of your day. How does your usual morning look like? Do you have time to enjoy it, or do you wake up with an alarm and start the routine marathon of your life? If the answer is ‘Yes’ – well, there is always a place for improvement. If it’s a ‘No,’ then you definitely should consider some changes that could not only enhance your morning but set the right vibe for the whole day. Let’s find the best fit!

What is the ideal way to start any day? Of course, the solution is different for each one of us. It depends on the various preferences and lifestyles of the person in question. But here are some hints that work for everyone:

  • wake up in time to enjoy some of your favourite treats;
  • don’t rush from the bed until you’re fully awake;
  • smile to yourself in the mirror.

Let’s dig a bit deeper into these. To set an alarm clock to go on a few minutes earlier than usually could free some time for delightful pleasures that would colour your mood and bring calmness, confidence and joy into your day.

Awaking could be difficult, especially if it’s the early one. But give yourself at least a few minutes to open your eyes, stretch in the bed and say ‘Hi’ to a new day. After that, you are good to go.

Smile it’s an essential attribute in your morning. Greet yourself with it from the first glance in the mirror. And don’t forget to give this precious gift to your loved ones and then collect their smiles in return. This is how any day starts to feel nice and beautiful.

What are all these little things that help us feel relaxed, confident and a bit happier? It’s not rocket science how to feel better. Quite the opposite, it’s just some simple and easy treats that everyone chooses for himself.

It could be anything: running in the morning with a favourite song in headphones, extra 5 minutes in the shower just to freshen up your mind, favourite newspaper, a cup of coffee or tea on the deck, balcony or in the cozy kitchen, even in bed (whatever makes your happy).

These and many other things help you prepare for the routine that will be coming next. Yes, you have to make time for all these pleasures. But if you’ll find just a few minutes for something you genuinely enjoy, you’ll start your day with a clear mind, warm heart and the right attitude to do whatever you need to do next. It is much easier to go to work or school after such a delightful morning. And if you are calm, confident and happy at the beginning, it is most likely to keep these emotions to the rest of the day. And in a good mood you have more chances to succeed in your daily goals and life in general!

Have a fabulous day, and tell me how your perfect morning looks like?
